Completion & sparkle cleans
The final clean before handover. Protective film, dust and construction residue removed, every surface, fitting and window brought up to presentation standard for inspection and key release.
Completion and sparkle cleans, marketing suites, show apartments, stock units, block cleaning and end of tenancy cleans for major housing associations, developers and estate agents across London and the South East.

From completion and handover, through the marketing suite and show apartment, to the common parts once residents have moved in.
The final clean before handover. Protective film, dust and construction residue removed, every surface, fitting and window brought up to presentation standard for inspection and key release.
Scheduled cleaning of sales and marketing suites, kept to a standard that holds up on a Saturday morning with buyers in the room, on a rota that fits your opening hours.
Show homes kept viewing-ready throughout the sales period. Dressed furniture, styling and soft furnishings handled carefully, so the apartment looks the way it did when it was photographed.
Unsold and held stock kept presentable between viewings, so a unit that has stood empty for months still shows as well as the day it completed.
Scheduled cleaning of common parts, including entrance halls, corridors, lifts, stairwells and bin stores, on a rota that suits the building and the people living in it.
Full cleans between tenancies, to the standard an inventory clerk will measure against the check-in report. Kitchens, appliances, bathrooms and floors, so the property is ready to re-let and the deposit is not in dispute.

Our clients tend to be the people responsible for handover dates and for what a buyer sees when they walk through the door. They come back to us because the work is consistent and because we do not move the date.
A unit that is not clean on the day cannot be inspected, handed over or viewed. Everything downstream of that date is waiting on it. We plan around your programme and we turn up on the day we agreed. That is the whole job, and it is the part most contractors get wrong.
Work is checked before the team leaves site. Everything we do is directly supervised, so the standard does not change from one visit to the next.
Since 2017 we have worked on developments across London, largely on repeat instruction from the same clients. For a contractor, that is the only evidence of reliability that really counts.
Unit numbers, the handover date you are working to, and whether there is a marketing suite, show apartment or block to keep on top of. We will come back with a price.
